HIGH FIVE and Public Health - FREE training opportunity!
Through the support of the Ministry of Health Promotion, HIGH FIVE is offering a FREE training opportunity for Public Health Practitioners to become HIGH FIVE Trainers. Click here for further information.

HIGH FIVE^®Organizations Access to Fee Subsidy
Under the amended Ontario Regulation 262, Day Nurseries Act, delivery agents may provide fee subsidies for children ages 6 to 12 who are enrolled in recreation programs or for special needs resourcing for children with special needs (ages 6 to 18) who are enrolled in recreation programs.

The Act requires an organization meet 5 funding eligibility requirements in order to receive fee subsidies for children. One of the five requirements is quality assurance. HIGH FIVE^® is an option for meeting the quality assurance requirement and government regulations require specific criteria be met by an organization.
